Frequently Asked Questions

Q - Why can’t I log in?  It just tells me there is no user associated with my email address.

A - If you registered for Porsche Palooza 2016 or 2017, then your same login information will work this year.  There is also a forgot password option if needed.  National PCA creditials cannot be used through our website.

Q - How can I volunteer for Palooza?

A - Email and let us know which days/times you are available.  We will let you know where your help is needed.

Q - What is your cancellation policy? 

A - If you contact us to cancel more than a week prior to the event, you will receive a full refund.  If you contact us to cancel within a week of the event, you will forfeit your registration fee, but will refunded for other purchases.  If you "no-show," a refund will not be issued. 

Q - Can I still get the merchandise I ordered if I do not attend the event?

A - Yes.  We will gladly mail your pre-ordered merchandise if you let us know that is your desire (see cancellation policy above).  We will also gladly let someone else pick up your merchandise if you let us know.   If you contact us during or after the event, there is no guarantee that we will still have your merchandise.  If you have made no attempt to email or call us, we will assume that you no longer want your merchandise and we will sell it in our goodie store at the event.
